1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using the Vedic Vaani app or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Vedic Vaani.

2. The service

Vedic Vaani offers scriptures and shlokas, Daily Sadhana, Sacred Stories, Wisdom Quest, bhajans, mantras, japa mala, Panchang, festival information and a vrat calendar, wallpapers, videos, quizzes, the Leela games and AI Guru for personal, spiritual and educational use. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
• You can delete your account at any time, as described on our Data Deletion page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download content without our written permission.
• Alter or misrepresent translations or content to distort their meaning.
• Use the content or service for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer or try to break the security of the app or its servers.
• Use Vedic Vaani in any unlawful, abusive or harmful way.

5. Content and intellectual property

The original scriptures are part of humanity's shared heritage. Our compilations, translations, explanations, audio recordings, images, wallpapers and app design belong to Hexaforge Technologies or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use them within the app, including setting wallpapers on your own devices and sharing links.

6. AI Guru

AI Guru answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for general spiritual learning only and are not professional, medical, legal, financial or authoritative religious advice.

7. Leela games and Mudra

Mudra is a coin used only inside the Leela games. You earn it by playing, with the daily Dakshina and by choosing to watch reward ads, and you can spend it only in Leela, on boosts, designs and continues. Mudra can't be bought with money, has no cash value, and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything outside the app.

We may change how much Mudra is earned, Shop prices and items, and daily limits. We may remove Mudra, items or scores obtained by cheating, automation or abuse of the reward system. Mudra and items are deleted with your account.

8. Panchang and festival dates

Panchang, muhurat, festival and vrat dates and timings are calculated and may differ by tradition and location. Please confirm important observances with a trusted source.

9. Advertising and third-party services

Vedic Vaani shows ads from third parties and relies on third-party services (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party products, websites or services, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Ad-free upgrade

You can buy "Vedic Vaani Ad-free", which removes ads from the app: a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription (the Yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. It only removes ads; all content stays free for everyone. In the Leela games you can still choose to watch reward ads, which are optional.

Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Prices shown in the app come from the store and may vary by country. We may change prices for future periods, with notice through the stores.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Deleting your Vedic Vaani account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies; we cannot refund a store payment ourselves.

A purchase belongs to the Vedic Vaani account that bought it and cannot be moved to another account. Restoring a purchase on a different account with the same store account is refused.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that lasts for as long as the app offers the ad-free feature, and is tied to your account.

11. Disclaimer

Vedic Vaani is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep content accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hexaforge Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Vedic Vaani.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using Vedic Vaani at any time, and we may stop providing it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
